Currently we make no use at all of any e-mail or postal addresses received except to those people who book a holiday with us who are then posted a copy of the following years brochure provided they have not objected to receiving one.

From time to time by using our website, you will be required to submit information about yourself (e.g. name, e-mail address etc..) to receive or use services on our website.
By entering your details, you enable French Travel Service and their service providers to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. French Travel Service will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current internet best practice.

2. Submitting Personal Information
Information you provide will be used by French Travel Service and may be shared with other relevant travel and tourist organisations. It will be used to:-

- Process bookings and ensure your travel is completed in accordance with your ticket
- Analyse use of the Rail Europe website
- Keep you up-to-date with special offers and services
- Send you information by letter, e-mail or to contact you by telephone

3. Access to your Personal Information

If you are under 18, please get your parent or guardians permission beforehand, whenever you provide personal information to this website
